Storm, Dazzler, and I have finally hammered out the fine details of what up until now had been proposed changes to how we do things around here. This is going to be rather extensive, and comes complete with a large number of various files that should be landing in your inboxes roughly five minutes after I hit 'post'. Read this, read the files. There will be a test later. No, really.

1) The team leaders and their seconds are now designated as Gold (myself/Cannonball), Blue (Storm/Nightcrawler), and Black (Dazzler/Jetstream).
2) For now (until Dazzler is no longer on injured reserve), Blue and Gold will alternate on-call and house duty on a weekly basis. Once Black is fully operational again, the schedule will shift to on-call/house duty/off-duty, again on a weekly rotation.
3) The rest of you, consider yourselves part of the 'pool'. Team leaders will draw on the pool to create teams appropriate to whatever mission is on the table on a given day. This is part of the reason for the complexity of the training rotation, to ensure that you know and are comfortable working beside all of your possible teammates.
4) Anyone in the pool is to consider themselves on-call at all times, unless you've specifically asked to be taken off-duty.
5) On that note, if you wind up going out too often, you'll be taken off-duty for some R&R. We're going to be keeping track of field time very carefully, in consultation with medlab. Running anyone ragged is not productive.
6) Trainees, you're to consider yourselves part of the pool as well. You'll only be called upon for low-risk missions until we decide that your training is complete, but it's a priority at this point to make sure you all get some field time.
7) Those of you on reserve/medical leave, depending on your situation, can expect a concerted effort from one or more of the team leaders to get you on active status.
8) We're going to be refining the system whereby the medlab is automatically notified of an active mission and the team members participating, to give the medical staff extra time to prepare for any business we happen to bring them.
9) Something new, now. We want to see all of you using this board to post training reports - on specific exercises, mind you, not your daily fitness regimes - in the hopes of getting some cross-evaluation going. And when I say 'we want' I mean 'we expect'; I understand that some of us might not be willing to hash over our mistakes in a public forum, but those of us who feel that way are just going to have to suck it up.
10) One of the files I'll be sending out is a revised schedule for coms/monitor duty. Another is a schedule for several sessions Mr. Lee will be running to refresh our memories on how we coordinate our security responsibilities with him. Call it a necessary outgrowth of the Fall From Hell.

These changes have been coming for a while, people - call it a New Year's resolution to get it all done at once. More to the point, our days of just reacting are swiftly coming to an end, here; we have a number of potential missions coming up, situations that have been developing for a while now and are looking to require our attention soon. We need to be as organized as possible to make sure we're able to fulfill our responsibilities here while we attend to matters out there.

Just realized I forgot to ask - preferred format(s) for the training reports? This is me pulling newbie rank, sorry.
