How about Voltron? The robot who has the giant sword? Because Korvus has a sword and the armour. :)

Also, welcome to the team, Korvus.

Thank you. I am afraid the cultural references for an initiatory code name are lost on me, however.

Voltron! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voltron)

(It's an old cartoon, but Kosovo was a bit behind the times for television when I was little)

It's a team building thing. You know kind of a 'if you can deal with the silly code name you can probably deal with Scott waking you up at 4am to go on a jog" thing. And I mean, you probably do that second one, but you know, everyone gets a silly code name until they get to pick their own. It's a thing.

Maybe something with crows or ravens. Korvus sounds like Corvus which is the genus crows are in (I totally wikipedia'd that because I totally had no other good ideas)

Edgar. Your trainee name should be Edgar.

My mother and father did decide to name me after crows. Very astute. She liked them very much and said a crow used to be considered a good omen in England.

Edgar. Or Allen. Poe's a little too recognizable.

Lenore's probably a little too "Jayne's a girl's name" and Nevermore's probably just too ridic.

otoh, Grip might work - that's the bird in a Dicken's book I have totally forgotten the name of and you're like strong and have a good grip which is sort of also a weak justification.

Nevermore would be desirable, if I have input.

I think you only get to veto like, culturally offensive stuff or something. You could always save it for a real code name?

There's also 'writing desk' which is TOTALLY like, nonsensical, and probably too far out there, although Lex is stuck with Hamster so maybe not.
