He's avoiding any kind of military intervention until then, as well. This is not Smichov redux, folks - I happen to agree with him. It makes sense to avoid provoking another eruption until the civilians are clear.

So we'll hold off and keep an eye on the news. We'll need someone monitoring the newsfeeds 24/7, and as my wife has just reminded me, I can't take all the shifts myself. So, volunteers are welcome.
