Feb. 10th, 2005 07:16 amMission Report: Canada, File Mistra-045
Objective: Medical evacuation, retrieval of children formerly en route to a Mistra conditioning center and the MacInnis led team injured during their rescue.
Mission Status: Successful. Additional retrieval of first generation operative Tim Morgan. Possible additional eroding of the conditioning of all Mistra operatives on location.
Summary: The medical evacuation was complicated by an intervention from a Mistra team (first gen operatives). Separate reports have been filed to cover the extent of events.
- See files Mistra-045-A, Mistra-045-B, Mistra-045-C, Mistra-045-D & Mistra-045-E
- See individual team reports, filed under designation Mistra-045_teamname
- See further appended medical report, Mistra-045_medical
- See further appended file Mistra-FirstGenProfiles
- See further appended file Mistra-FirstGenConditionning
- See further appended file Mistra-FirstGenFieldReactions
Finding out what happened to the first generation operatives who were left behind is imperative. MacInnis will be investigating matters on his side, but we also have ideal resources in place to explore this further on our own as well. Action of our own, rather than waiting on other information or react to further events is highly recommended.
[Locked to team leaders]
1) The Trojan Horse's continued operability should be investigated. A quick discussion with Charles leads me to believe that it was still in place for the simple reason that somewhere, Nathan wanted to keep it.
2) High recommendation that an expansion of the Blackbird medical facilities to be implemented ASAP, as per suggestion in file #05-A101
3) Further non lethal type weaponry for auxiliaries to missions to be investigated, taking into account extreme weather conditions and hostile terrain.
4) Team Note: in winter/blizzard like conditions, Kylun is to be automatically included to the mission.
5) See files Mistra-FirstGenRetrieval for possible pro-active alternatives in that matter. Should any such action be approved, Team Black requests first lead to run it.
