Anyone who'd like to help us get MacInnis' people out to their helicopter when it gets here, feel free to come down and a. lend a hand and b. help me keep an eye on things. Better safe than sorry.

When it comes to MacInnis himself, I suggested very strongly that he stick to either the guest room I assigned him or the medlab. You might see Elliot, his telepath, moving around a little more - he's about eighteen, rather nervous-looking - but that would be because Charles is taking the opportunity to rectify a few deficiencies in his psionic education. (In other words, he invited the poor kid to tea.)

The kids have all been checked to make sure they didn't in fact undergo any psionic alteration. Madelyn is looking after passing their vital information along to the government so that we can see about getting them back to their families, if they have them.

The other concern is the second brain-sprained telekinetic currently occupying a bed in medlab. I'm assuming you've all been through the basic Mistra files - trainees? If you haven't, you might want to move them to the top of your reading list - so when I say that's Timothy Morgan, their field leader, you all realize just how significant it is that he's here with us and his conditioning is gone. Alison tells me that Nathan told her that the conditioning of the other eleven operatives out there was also at least cracked by whatever happened. (I'm still not clear on that.) That means that half of Mistra's most effective fighting force - the first-generation operatives - may no longer be on quite the same page as their directors. I'll talk to MacInnis and see if he can use any of his inside sources to find out precisely what's going on with the ones who got away. It would be worth knowing.

That being said, I'm going to assign a couple of people to keep an eye on the medlab, at least until Morgan's conscious and we've established that he's not going to choose to be a threat, deconditioned or not. Powers overload or not, he's dangerous; we've all seen what Nathan was capable of doing even when his brain wasn't in such great shape, and this is the man who was his replacement.

I see I already have a number of reports in the database from those who were out yesterday. If you can think of anything to add once you've had some further rest, do; we're going to be going over this one with a fine-toothed comb. This could have turned out a lot worse than it did.

I'm going to be spending a bit of time in with MacInnis myself. I've got some information he might be able to make a little use of myself, and anyway, I want a little chat with him about a few other things. I'll let you know if I get anything interesting out of him.

Noted and I'll make sure that I am down there to give a hand. And yes, I read the Mistra files (are there anymore files or did I read them all?) and...oh my.
