Cue the Darth Vader March
Sep. 23rd, 2005 01:07 pmI have been keeping files on all of you. What you do well. What you do not do well. Things you could improve and how. Once or twice, I stepped into the rhelm of things that could be done to... unimprove you, shall we say. Not often, and I did not enjoy it.
A lot of this information I collected from Danger Room scenarios, where the information was distributed to those involved. When this was not the case, I kept it to myself.
The files now belong to Doctor MacTaggart. If asked politely, I'm sure she would let you read your own file. There are no hard copy files in which someone could hack into, at least, not in my case.
All curses, bags of burning feces, snide remarks, cold shoulders, etcetc... You know where I am. Questions may also be directed in that area as well.

She'll be going through them in detail, and as you're all cleared for your own team medical/mutation files, you'll be able to take a look at them, either on your own or with her.

Date: 2005-09-23 06:25 pm (UTC)There is information that concerns my mutation that I would quite frankly, not have anyone know without my permission. Information I was assured that would not be given to anyone besides team leaders and the Professor and the doctors without my permission.
This is a gross violation of my privacy. I did not give permission for this, even when I opened my medical files when I became a trainee. I expected trained adults with education to look at that information. Adults who are rational enough to make educated decisions. Not someone a bare year older than myself.

Date: 2005-09-23 06:50 pm (UTC)Also? I am requesting a sparring session with you, because I have grave concerns about your weaknesses and strengths and would like to test them against my private data that I have collected for the last two years.
Oh. Except that my private data has been put into the databases already. Recind that request.

Date: 2005-09-23 06:51 pm (UTC)Let me rephrase: I'm interested in seeing how well you put this together. I want to knock your arrogant ass right through a wall.
Two birds with one stone, I say.

Date: 2005-09-23 06:55 pm (UTC)It was nothing like that.
It was not private data, Marie-Ange. It was things I noticed.

Date: 2005-09-23 06:57 pm (UTC)Same for the rest of you, actually. Consider this information being re-integrated back into the system, where it belongs. If anything needs further exploration or examining, we'll make sure we do that.

Date: 2005-09-23 06:59 pm (UTC)Screw this. I'll be in the quarry, and my pager will be in the boathouse. Anyone who wants to come observe will be hit with a very big rock.

Private data also includes things that I was not supposed to know. And I did none of that. Your version of private data? Yes, you are correct.

Date: 2005-09-23 07:05 pm (UTC)You want to be part of a team, you've got to trust people. Figuring out how to kill them in secret ain't exactly conducive to that. I'll go on the record as saying I don't trust you as far as Miles could throw you.

Date: 2005-09-23 07:05 pm (UTC)Why?
If I have some weakness, some aspect of my power that I am lacking that you saw, why did you not tell me?

Date: 2005-09-23 07:07 pm (UTC)One thing I do not understand, however, is why any of this information was kept private. Paige? If your conclusions could help us, or give us another viewpoint on our training, why have you kept them to yourself until now?

Date: 2005-09-23 07:08 pm (UTC)I was not trying to figure out how to kill THEM in secret, actually. My list consisted of:
- Pete
- Jono
- Lorna (now)
and all other 'baddies' we have encountered.

Date: 2005-09-23 07:13 pm (UTC)I certainly qualified as a "baddie".

Date: 2005-09-23 07:14 pm (UTC)Yes, Nathan. You were also on that list.

Date: 2005-09-23 07:17 pm (UTC)I'm confused. And more than a little worried.
Not all of you have distinct weaknesses that can be used against you with ease. I do. I'm a little paranoid on the subject.

Personally, I may not stop twitching until I get to see my file.

Date: 2005-09-23 07:39 pm (UTC)I think you have been foolish. But it was a well-intentioned foolishness, and you have now admitted to it, so I do not trust you less than I did. If it is agreeable, once Doctor MacTaggart and I have had time to review my file, I may think of ways for you to improve your observation of my performance, provided that all your observations remain public hereafter.
