For one, learning more about this FoH. Are they just bullies or something that we should be worried about? Should we be expecting them to release sarin gas in the New York City subway?
I don't know what to do, to be honest. But I want to know, so that I can do it.
You should be able to access at least the basic database files on the FoH with your trainee clearance. I know they're on the intel watchlist, and anything in the news about them also gets flagged and logged for analysis as a matter of course.
Unfortunately they're not really the type of threat that the X-Men are equipped to handle.
The FoH is a standard local terrorist group. It recruits minors for a shield for larger purposes. On the scale of one to ten for threats, it's about a negative two.
Shiro, you want to take down the FoH? Go talk to Bartlett. Her contacts can have the ATF crawling all over Westchester in an hour. The Professor's names should be enough to merit a senator to agreeing to send in a notice for Internal Affairs to get all over the local police. I can just imagine a couple of people might have a way of making sure intel made its way anonymously into the hands of the FBI and the law enforcement. The FoH is the Kid's Meal version of al-Quida. If you get the mansion working on this, you can cripple them easily.
As for the minors, there's not a thing that you can do officially. But the purpose of terrorism is to terrorize. You've got a dozen students worrying about a couple of people who have a tenth of the training and abilities that you do. You want to make a point? You show them that. Keep it open, public, without powers, but the second they cross that legal line, you show them the results and bury them so deep that the idea of even spitting on someone wearing a Xavier jacket makes them wet themselves. They like to bully at the local club, eight of you show up. They want a rally, you're across the street. The second you make them fear you, you own them.

You know, Gambit...

Refuse to be intimidated, refuse to give in to fear, and you've won. Turn the tables, and justice can even be sweet.
Of course, these are the junior leaguers. On a real pro, you'd have to worry about anyone you might have thought about caring about.
These guys aren't pros.
