Doing some leg work

Just as a note, Vision and I are going to talk to some of the families of the victims, to see if there's anything more than what's in these reports, because I'm getting a whole lotta -nothing- from the ones I have. I know some of the families - they're from a neighborhood I'm familiar with.

We'll have cell phones and pagers, and will check in periodically.

Relaying from the comms desk - incoming text message from Vision:

***X-MAN DOWN, INJURED. AREA SECURE, NO HOSTILES CURRENTLY. URGENT EVACUATION TO MEDICAL ATTENTION NEEDED***

I raised her on her comm, she's nervous but in control. Says Lexicon got jumped by apparently whoever caught the kids the other night. Something about his hands. Sending location information to team leaders' comms.

I have no fingers. No thumbs either.

Leaving my impending nervous breakdown about that aside, the upshot is that I -finally- figured out the pattern behind the attacks.

This guy just has a mad-on for attractive people. The prettier the better.

It's that simple.

I just wish I hadn't had to have my fists fused together to figure it out.
