Something to think about...
Oct. 30th, 2004 06:36 pmOroro and I have spent the last few hours discussing some changes we'd like to implement. In some cases it's going to be more of the same - we've decided that my training methods are worth keeping, for example. Although apparently I start practicing full disclosure about the point of each scenario and how it's connected to other scenarios, or I get a lightning bolt to the rear end. Fair enough.
We'll be continuing to focus on small-unit stuff, although we'll be doing more team-based exercises than before as well. The idea is to do away with the idea of structured teams and create a pool of available personnel that the team leaders can draw on for a mission's specific needs.
There were a few other minor points, most of which had to do with operational status and scheduling, which don't need to be mentioned right now. There was one other thing, though...
Oh, right. The big one. Ororo and I have decided that we need a third team leader + second.
Nominations, anyone?
And yes, this is an attempt to be democratic. I thought the team was run by committee anyway?
