If you want, and can like, I dunno, provide some kinda "hey he's with me." covering my ass, I can nose around the room and see if I can smell anything - I mean, like, it might not get you anything but if it was a teleporter, I mean, like Kurt's bamfing leaves a smell? can't hurt, right?
